Por lei, os serviços só podem ser solicitados PELOS PRÓPRIOS TITULARES dos documentos (ou pelos responsáveis legais, em caso de menores), ou seja, a conta de usuário do Gov.br / e-consular deve ser a do requerente, com seu e-mail pessoal e CPF. Dessa forma, NÃO SERÃO ACEITOS requerimentos solicitados por contas de usuário de terceiros, incluindo-se despachantes.
